Tennis Centre Breakfast Options
Fellow Rotarians, your hardworking and attentive board members have been listening to the groundswell of opinions re the breakfast offering at the Tennis Centre.
On Wednesday last, we met with James (the manager) to seek a solution to the choices and pricing. James, to his credit, listened attentively as we tactfully and diplomatically outlined our concerns,. James sees our presence and that of any group seeking to use the centre, as part of the centre’s Community Service responsibility, and was very keen to alleviate any problems we brought up.
We also sought his advice on what was feasible for him commercially, as it seems fewer members are actually purchasing breakfast. For example, he ran through the figures for last Wednesday morning, where the centre made a princely profit of $45.00 after all their expenses.
So we have been able with James’s enthusiastic agreement, to come up with a possible solution.
Attached is a short questionnaire for you to fill in, so that we can gauge your response to the new Menu suggestions. Please tick what you think is appropriate and email back to me by next week’s meeting (13th).
